Boot Camp 101

Are you looking to kick start your work out regime?

  Do you need the commitment of someone else waiting for you to get a work out started?

 If so, then it's time to stop the excuses and join my boot camp.   My work outs will get you started on that fitness routine you have been putting off and get you in shape for the approaching summer.

The work outs will push you to your limits using cardio, strength and intense functional movements.  If you are new to working out, don't worry, I can accomodate all fitness levels. 

Each work out will include several techniques employed by Crossfit, a functional fitness program done in a group setting.  It incorporates the 10 basic elements of fitness: Agility, Accuracy, Balance, Speed, Power, Stamina, Coordination, Flexibility, Cardio & Stregth.  Where else can you get all the fundamentals of several fitness programs packaged into one work out?  
 
I will also provide nutritional information and some basic fitness instructions. 

All materials are included, however I do ask that each participant brings their own water bottle & mat for cool down. 

Gym location is held at a local park in Stouffville or in bad weather at my home Gym (Kennedy & Aurora Rd).  Further details will be sent out on registration.

Mon/Wed/Fri @ 9:30-10:30 am



 


*Minimum of 5 participants required for a boot camp to run.

Additional sessions and times can be discussed for groups of 5 or more.
